What are the best free fonts for branding your logo?
Did you happen to notice the fresh design I unveiled for my blog’s header and logo last week?
Let me tell you, hunting for new fonts is my absolute favorite aspect of crafting WordPress themes. I could easily lose myself for an entire day, exploring free fonts and meticulously selecting the perfect one for my projects.
As June rolled around, I found myself contemplating a change for my website—a new look to captivate my audience. I dedicated a solid 3–4 hours to crafting a brand-new header and logo, recognizing their pivotal roles in shaping your website’s branding.
Through this creative journey, I rediscovered my deep affinity for various collections of free fonts for commercial use. The disclosure struck me: why not compile a fresh selection teeming with new free fonts for you to download and incorporate into your website’s branding? These fonts aren’t just versatile; they’re your go-to tools for crafting logos, headers, client branding, mugs, stationery, captivating t-shirt designs, and whatever else your creative heart desires.
Free Fonts For Commercial Use
You might recall my blog’s color scheme or palette back in 2020. Fast forward to today, and fonts have become even more accessible and convenient. With an abundant array of fonts at your disposal, including free fonts for commercial use, the possibilities are boundless.
Let’s be honest; there’s nothing more frustrating than stumbling upon a “free font,” only to later realize it comes with usage restrictions. So I thought this could be a helpful post if you want to know where to find free fonts for commercial use.

These fonts could be very useful if you’re starting your own creative business or want to make yourself look like a professional blogger, so I suggest you download all your favorites and keep them in separate folders on your computer.
I wanted to include fonts that were more on the fancy side than plain in this collection, so I searched for brush script, handwritten, and calligraphy fonts, including all the very best ones I could find.
One thing to keep in mind with these fonts is that you definitely can’t resell them. They are still the property of their owners, who deserve a lot of praise for being so generous. You can use the fonts in the design of items you’re using or selling (t-shirt print, eBook cover, logo, business card); however, you can’t resell the individual font files to anyone.

Yes, I definitely noticed the changes on your logo! Love the layering and emphasis. I’m so obsessed with fonts to the point where I can’t stop debating which looks better and more “me” haha. This is a great thing you’re doing! More power to you and the creators, of course. Thanks for sharing!

I love experimenting with different fonts and styles to see how it impacts the overall look and feel of a logo or a blog as a whole. Oh wow, Merry! These are beautiful fonts! You’re right, it is hard to find one that works with your brand, that you love, and that doesn’t have limitations on usage. I’ve never thought of changing fonts for commercials but this makes sense. I have seen it too but didn’t think it would be something that would be for use. Like thought, just people want to use them for fun and not make it better.
