It's been a while since I posted here!🙌💕

🎂🥳 Celebrated my 28th birthday earlier this month during a special Hindu holiday! 🙏🍲🎉

The house was filled with delicious food, and we were all busy preparing for the joyous Galungan day. 🌺💃

It's a wonderful celebration where we connect with God, enjoy mouthwatering Balinese cuisine, and don traditional attire to visit temples and family!

🎁🎈 This year's birthday was unlike any other, as I decided to treat myself to something special. 💪💼

After saving up since last year, I finally got myself a present I've been longing for🥳✨ It will make my work easier and more organized🌞💓 I'm over the moon to have purchased it with my own hard-earned money – a proud achievement indeed! 😊💪

🌸 𝙈𝙊𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙔

I didn't go anywhere last week since my introverted side was acting up and I didn't feel like going somewhere or talking to anyone. So I just stayed at home, worked, ate a lot of fruit, watch Netflix, play with my dogs, and read, 🧡 I find fun in the "boring things" 😆

I don't hate socializing, I'm just kinda moody that way😂 Some days I am talkative. Some days I just want to be alone😊 In my own space🍀 Cozy. Comfortable🦋 Not surrounded by people. Not bothered by anything✨ Chilling and vibing💛 That's all🥰

And we're going to celebrate the Balinese New Year in two days🤩 it's called the "Day of Silence"🥳 A magical and unique date on the Balinese calendar, found nowhere else in the world😁 The whole island shuts down for a full 24hr, and streets are off limits to everyone😎 Even the airport closes for a full day. Everyone must remain inside their homes, which means no traveling, transport, work, sound, or even light🌻 In short, it's pure bliss!😊 Can't wait!😆

Happy Otonan (Balinese birthday) Day 🌺

The majority of the world celebrates a typical birthday in accordance with the Roman Calendar where a year consists 12 months🥰 the Balinese Hindu have their own distinctive reference of time, which in turn changes when they celebrate a birthday ✨

For example, if a person was born on Redite Umanis Sinta (the name of the first week), then he/she is to celebrate their next birthday exactly on the same day after 210 days have passed😊 And the cycle repeats itself every 210 days 😘 So I usually will have 2 Balinese birthday in a year 🤩 🥳

Otonan is considered much more important than celebrating a birthday in accordance with the world’s standard calendar system❤️ The celebration doesn’t have to be big and fancy, it can be very simple as long as the main offering is there🌸

Hello March 🦋

February has been a very tough month for me😫 For about two weeks, I've had constant neck pain that prevents me from working peacefully🙃 The pain frequently occurred at night, along with a headache and toothache, and lasted for several hours😞 I'm certain it's due to my poor working posture during the last few months😅 I went to the hospital and got painkillers for a few days💛 I also take a week off from work and compress my neck with hot water, which works wonderfully😍 It's been a few days since I've gotten a good night's sleep😊 Because of the pain, I usually have to be up every night 😢 Oh, I also did a full medical check-up for the first time in my life 😍

One of my March goals is to keep improving my working posture so that I can live comfortably and sleep well at night 😆 When you're overworked, it's easy to lose sight of your health. This is a reminder to take care of your health, practice self-care, and slow down💙
