Whether or not you worked before, this will help you a lot. Because if you worked before, it could be easy to do more than usual. The body is used to working, so it’s easy to add more tasks. You can start from zero and build it up, and as long as you keep it going, you will do more than usual.
When I mention “build” I mean start from zero up to the top. And in this case, it starts when you can do a few tasks to no tasks and make it up to a lot of tasks. It’s a process that means it will take time, but it will be worth the effort and time.
There will be also something I’m going to mention on the list that will help you determine how far can you go. But, you can go back to what did you do and count it. See how many tasks did you do in one day and how you feel after doing all of them?

The first thing to do is to build your energy. You need to start your day with a clear aim of what you want to do. Put together a list of tasks you want to do. And either start working on them randomly or set a schedule which I highly recommend it. Because it helps also to save time.
For work tasks, set a timer for each task and how long you want to work on these tasks. Also, if there is anything else you need to do. This is where you can balance and practice to level up and build your energy to do more. As a human can only do so much in a day. And not enough time to do everything.
When you have everything on a list, you can control which one to do and how long to do it. This will help you stay organized and be able to do what I’m going to mention to you next. Because without this, your day is going to be random and all over the place.
There could be different tasks for different things. For example, work tasks, if you work at home or in a company. Home tasks and involve cleaning and other work in the house. Whatever it is, organize the list and make your day well organized like this.

Practice working under pressure
Coming to the next one. Something that can help you build your energy and do more things than usual is working under pressure. At first, you will run out of energy faster when you work a lot. But the more you practice, the longer your energy will last.

And it might sound like something we avoid, but there is no way to build up the energy or do things under pressure unless we practice. If we don’t, when there is pressure, it will be difficult for us to work.
Don’t go hard on yourself with this. Start easy and slowly build up by adding the pressure until you do it with no problem. It’s like when you are working out, but this is to handle and do tasks or anything during your day. If you want to do a lot of things, practicing this will help a lot.
Maybe in the future, you will need it. So, I highly recommend doing it from now on, even when you don’t have a lot of things or don’t need them. You would be so ready when the time comes. I’m sure at some point, you will need to do it. And end up doing nothing or less than you needed. Before, I thought I won’t have to multitask, but some days, I would need to do it because I don’t do it. It is difficult and heavy to do.

This is something I learned in 2021 and I thought it would be easy at first. However, some days I don’t want to work after multitasking or doing a lot of work.
This will take time to master. Therefore, don’t go hard on yourself. Like I said, try to practice little by little and you will multitask with no problem. Go with your pace multitasking two at a time and then move to adding another task or doing something else with the two tasks after you can do two tasks with no problem.

This is something that is important if you want to build up the energy to do more than usual. It doesn’t have to be staying up late. But during the day, when you do the tasks and didn’t get enough sleep. It will be difficult to continue or do more. Maybe you will stop and feel tired before finishing a task.
I have experienced this and having enough sleep and maintaining a good sleep routine will help you a lot. It’s good how to build your energy to do more than usual in 2022. So, it’s important if you want to do more than usual. I would only recommend getting enough sleep. Drinking or staying up with caffeine is not a healthy way.
The best amount of sleep is 8-7 hours a day. If you don’t sleep enough, after a while, you will keep napping a lot during the day. Some days can’t even pull yourself together to work. And I have tried this before and it’s not good. So, keep the 8-7 hours of your day just to sleep.
Not getting enough sleep won’t help you do the rest of the tips on this list of how to build your energy to do more than usual in 2022. Therefore, this makes it the most important one. And you can create a sleeping routine and schedule. It will help you have a well-organized day.
Last but not least is something that can be during the process and that is taking a quick break. It can help you gain energy and momentum to continue and do more. Before, I wasn’t paying attention or getting carried out doing tasks thinking that I want to finish. But, it’s important to take a quick break if you want to finish and maintain your health.
Since most of us might forget to take a quick break. I would highly recommend that you schedule them before you start work. When you organize your day with a list of tasks and everything. Also, add a quick break as well. This way, you can recharge and gain energy.
During the quick breaks, you can try things that help you relax and eat or drink something you like. Give yourself a reward for doing a lot of work. I wouldn’t recommend spending on the phone or doing nothing. Maybe go out and take a bit of fresh air.
